MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding — AWS D1.1 structural certification, CWI oversight, and NDE Level 2 inspection capability from our Kemp, TX facility.
AAA Fabrication's welding operations cover structural assemblies, precision weldments, and everything in between. With AWS D1.1 structural certification and a Certified Welding Inspector on staff, we bring the procedural discipline of certified welding to every job — not just the large ones.
MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick processes are available in-house. Our team selects the process and filler that best matches your material and application, and we document everything required to back up the weld.
We select the right process for your material, joint type, and application requirements.
High deposition rate process suited for carbon steel and stainless steel in production environments. Excellent balance of speed and quality for structural and general fabrication work.
Precision process for thin materials, exotic alloys, and cosmetically critical welds. Preferred for stainless steel food-grade applications, aluminum, and work where weld appearance is specified.
High-deposition process for heavy structural work and thick sections. Used where weld speed and penetration are priorities, or where welding outdoors or in challenging positions is required.
Versatile process requiring no external shielding gas — suited for field work, repair welding, and applications where portability or flexibility is required across joint configurations.
AAA Fabrication holds AWS D1.1 structural welding certification — the industry standard for structural steel fabrication. Our on-staff Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) oversees weld procedure compliance, welder qualification, and documentation across every job.
NDE Level 2 inspection capability means we can perform non-destructive examination in-house — visual inspection, and additional methods per your specification — without relying on a third-party inspection firm to meet your QC requirements.
All welding is performed to approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). Procedure qualifications and welder performance records are maintained as part of our AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Our welders are qualified across the materials most common in structural, industrial, and precision fabrication. Contact us to confirm your specific alloy or grade.
Frames, columns, beams, and load-bearing weldments per AWS D1.1
Tight-tolerance machined weldments for industrial and aerospace applications
Multi-piece assemblies welded and finished to your complete drawings
Equipment supports, cable management structures, and enclosure assemblies
Machine bases, tanks, hoppers, and fabricated components for process equipment
Repair and modification of existing weldments per your specification or MRO requirements
Our welding quality system maintains AWS D1.1 structural certification, CWI oversight, and NDE Level 2 inspection capability — all under our AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 registered quality management system. Weld procedure specifications and welder qualifications are documented and maintained as a matter of standard operating procedure, not a special request.
