Guy Jefferson is an accomplished Plant Superintendent with over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He has a proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing downtime and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Guy’s expertise lies in his ability to manage complex machinery, organize processes and motivate his team to achieve production targets efficiently. He is known for his attention to detail, strong communication skills and his ability to resolve problems effectively.

Galen Macziewski is a talented and creative engineer manager overseeing our CAD and CAM Department with almost 10 years of experience in CAD. As the Design Manager at our company, Galen ensures that all design work meets our high standards of quality. He is passionate about creating designs that are not only effective for each individual project, but also scalable to any sized project. Galen is always willing to share his knowledge and expertise with the AAA team and our customers.

Courtney Cubine is the Head of the Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables department of AAA Fabrication. Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. Her exceptional relationship-building skills and attention to detail enable her to provide outstanding service to clients while also managing the accounts with the utmost efficiency. She is dedicated to ensuring that all projects run smoothly from start to finish, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results. She is a valued member of the AAA Fabrication team and is committed to taking the company to new heights.

Cheyenne Alldredge is AAA Fabrication’s knowledgeable and driven Head of Accounting and HR. Cheyenne joined our team in 2017 and immediately established herself as a vital contributor to our success. In her current role, she oversees all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Additionally, Cheyenne manages all aspects of human resources, with a focus on employee engagement and retention. She utilizes her unique skillset to streamline operations, minimize expenses, and attract and retain top talent.

Chelsea Austin works closely with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes, with a focus on meeting clients’ demands on time and within budget. Chelsea’s attention to detail and effective communication skills have made her an invaluable member of AAA Fabrication’s team. She is constantly looking for new ways to optimize production and improve the customer experience. Furthermore, her exceptional multitasking abilities enable her to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver exceptional results.

Tray Phillips is an experienced Shop Foreman at AAA Fabrication, responsible for managing the CNC shop operations. With over a decade of hands-on experience in CNC programming and machine maintenance, Tray is an expert in the industry with a proven track record of success. He is known for his ability to lead a team of machine operators in delivering high-quality products within budget and on time.

Aaron Wilson is a proficient Shop Foreman with a wealth of experience in managing and leading teams in our welding department. He currently serves as a Welding Shop Foreman at AAA Fabrication, where he leads his team in delivering top-quality welding services to clients. His insight and technical acumen have earned him a reputation for being a highly skilled and reliable welder.

Ryan Oden is a highly skilled Shop Foreman with over a decade of experience in the welding industry. He currently manages one of the welding shops at AAA Fabrication, where he is responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Ryan’s expertise lies in his comprehensive understanding of welding techniques, materials, and machinery. He is known for his exceptional attention to detail, which has contributed to the shop’s excellent track record for delivering high-quality products.
